October 11, 2020 - A-Pillar rust repair channels are now available for GM's 1966/67 A-Bodies

We have extended our RustReplace.com windshield channel repair product line with A-Pillar channels designed for the GM A-Body platform (Chevelle, GTO/LeMans. Cutlass, and Skylark. These coupled with our roof channels gives the restorer much greater ease in attacking windshield rust. We manufacture them for 18 gauge CRS and etch weld prime them for easy installation. May 17, 2020 - RusteReplace.com is now manufacturing upper trunk gutters for the 1966 - 1967 Chevelle 2 Door Hardtop

Belden Speed & Engineering has developed formed upper trunk gutter repair channels for the 1966 & 1967 model years of the Chevy Chevelle 2 door hardtop. Manufactured from 20 gauge CRS and made in our Virginia metal fabrication shop, the upper trunk gutter channel set can be used to resolve rust that has damaged your gutter lip. They can either be plug or butt welded into the package tray shelf structure to rebuild the weatherstrip area. This has expanded the options the restorer has and in conjunction with our straight channel stock rebuilding that rust-prone area is now that much easier!

April 23, 2020 - Bottom channels are now available for all 1966 - 1967 GM A-Body 2 door hardtops

We are now manufacturing the bottom channel for the 1966-1967 Chevelle, Lemans/GTO, Skylark and Cutlass 2 door hardtops. While many restorers replace the trunk filler panel to resolve rust in the bottom channel, there are cases where replacing just the channels is the preferred route. We manufacture these RustReplace.com channels from 18 gauge CRS and are formed for a factory fit. Simply cut out the old, rusted channels (or sections of channel) and weld in new. As with all of our channels, we include detailed, step-by-step installation instructions to make installation easy.

April 16, 2020 - International sales remain strong in the face of the COVID19 pandemic

Restorers of American muscle cars remain busy across the globe proving that people are putting this time of self-isolation to good work. We just sent a set of rear window channels to Joni from Finland to help him resolve his 1973 Firebird rust. Joni's second generation F-Body will need a bit of additional metal on the driver side, but using the new channel edge as a guide, he'll have a much easier task of it.
